Need assistance with chromebook issues? We are here to help!!

Usernames and Passwords:

If your child is in Grades K-5, and you need your child’s id/username and password, please contact your child’s teacher by sending them an email, or a message through ClassDojo or Remind. Click here for the link to teacher emails.

If your child is in grade 6-8, and cannot remember their password, please call  (215) 821 6516 to have their password reset.

Below are links to steppers that can be helpful to you when getting your students on the chromebook for the first time. Please make sure you already have your child’s username and password:

These locations will also be available for parents and students to drop off District-issued Chromebook computers in need of repair or service. Social distancing practices will be strictly adhered to by all School District technology staff and parents/guardians will be asked to maintain a minimum distance of six feet between others if waiting in line for pickup or repair service.
